RETURNS POLICY

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:

As most of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns (excluding sale items) will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from damage or marks.

  • All tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original condition.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Any return requests made after 7 days may not be accepted unless the item is deemed faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS:

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include a description and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the fault and offer either:

  • A replacement,

  • A repair, or

  • A full refund to the original payment method, depending on the nature of the fault.

EXCHANGES:

We offer exchanges for sizing issues only, subject to availability.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us at contact admin@samuelderaadt.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, return the item using a trackable shipping method, including the original packing slip.

  • After the item passes our quality check, we’ll send out the new size or issue a refund for any difference in price.

If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

REFUNDS:

Refunds are only issued in the case of:

  • Faulty items

  • Unavailable items for exchange.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
