
RETURNS POLICY
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:
As most of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Returns (excluding sale items) will only be accepted under the following conditions:

Items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from damage or marks.

All tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original condition.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Any return requests made after 7 days may not be accepted unless the item is deemed faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS:
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include a description and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the fault and offer either:

A replacement,

A repair, or
-
A full refund to the original payment method, depending on the nature of the fault.

EXCHANGES:
We offer exchanges for sizing issues only, subject to availability.
To request an exchange:

Contact us at contact admin@samuelderaadt.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, return the item using a trackable shipping method, including the original packing slip.

After the item passes our quality check, we’ll send out the new size or issue a refund for any difference in price.
If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

REFUNDS:
Refunds are only issued in the case of:

Faulty items
-
Unavailable items for exchange.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
